The Leeds and 1000 Islands Historical Society invites you to attend the unveiling of the Lansdowne Railway Heritage Sign on Grand Trunk Ave in Lansdowne, ON. Join us on Sat June 3 from 1-2pm, followed by a reception from 2-3:30pm in the Seniors’ Room at the Lansdowne Community Building, 1 Jessie St, Lansdowne, ON. This heritage sign depicts the history of the railway and how it affected the development of the village Lansdowne. All are welcome.
